hello. I am wondering how many are still not getting mail via icloud on their macs/iphones/ipads etc? I have not had mail for almost a week now. It affects my business and I am getting very frustrated. I can log into iCloud.com fine, can get everything but mail. Iphone and iPad say wrong password, yet I am logged in to iCloud.

Have spoke to over five Apple care people, two seniors advisors, and one mobile me senior via chat for hours on friday night. Saturday he asked for my password and access to my account now I have not heard back and am freaking out about it, and still, no mail. I pay 99.00 for mobileme every year, and in  the last week have spent countless hours on the phone to them, and to no avail.

I have been patient as I know this was a big change with all the new updates, but going on a week without my emails is outrageous. I knew deep inside this iCloud was going to be a nightmare. should not have done it.

So just wondering if those without email still could speak up and we could condense all these posts into one new thread.

Thanks.

No mail at all - had to sign up to an alternative and give to customers - this ***** big time!  Paid for mac/me for years - cant get access to an ios5 device at moment, OSX icloud just sits starting when I click on mail, ical etc on osx/web ok but no mail on either.

Theres a fix (for me at least) .....

    ---------------------------------------------------

Awesome - worked for me too!!! not had mail for two weeks and fixed it for me - oddly only mail from 7am.

    1. signed out of icloud in preferences.

    2. Just check your Apple ID in System Preferences-> Users&Groups.

It must be the same one you use to icloud connect in System Preferences-> iCloud.

    3. In my account my appleid was blank - i guess why it was just spinning starting.

    4. Mail now working - thank you!!
