Hi, I am experiencing the same problem with my Ipad 2 as well.I tried on several computer terminals, ipad etc. the same issue. my problem has persisted for more than a month. This is getting real irritating!
Any one knows the way out?

The only option left that I can think of that you need to go to Apple Store and let them sort it out for you.

I've tried this choice, but Apple Store'staffs can't fix it too and they don't know how to fix this problem.

@Panisa...Ur Problem same as with me.. my imac 27" cannot submit on 3rd stage (3. Provide your address information) it send to apple.. i try to refresh and fill data again.. but its stuck 3rd stage.. Nothing happen even I wait for an hour and day... what happend with apple?

it has something to do with where you buy your applecare plan.
i bought macbook air in singapore with applecare plan.
but i live in indonesia, so naturally when a question pop up where is my location i enter indonesia. and my apple id also use indonesia address. therefore when i register the product, i can't get any response when on the 3rd stage of registering.
then i change my location to singapore and give imaginary address in singapore and 6 digit number for the postal code, it registering fine. now i'm protected and a receipt go through my email.

It took a long address you should shorten your address !!

Thanks! I tried many times and it failed too. It was for same reason. Address too long. I split it up into a few lines and it worked. This is the 2nd time I encountered this bug in 5 months, and the last time I had to register by phone. Ridiculous that they haven't fixed this bug all this while.

Better to attach your receipt of product and applecare with it.
