When I select "report a problem" it sends me to iTunes support website

I'm attempting to download the latest episode of South Park, but the SD version disappeared.  I attempted to "report a problem" through itunes, dug through the purchase history, and selected the "report a problem" link next to the episode in question.  Instead of going to the problem form I'm used to, I get sent to the iTunes Support website instead.

    So just contact them from the itunes support link.


    Click "Support" at the top of this page, then click the link under "Contact Us"

    I have this same problem.  Yes, going to the support web page is a work around, but the "Report a Problem" does not seem to be working properly.

    Same issue here. These are the steps I took to try to figure out how to report a problem with an iTunes purchase:


    iTunes Store Receipt e-mail

        - Click "Report a Problem" under affected line item

    Launches iTunes

        - Authenticate

    Goes to Purchase History for same order in e-mail

        - Click "Report a Problem" next to affected line item

    Goes to

        - Try "Purchases & Downloads"

            - Nothing appropriate in top 9

            - Try "More Purchase and Download support solutions>"

                - Goes to "Apple Support Search Results" for "iTunes purchases, downloads"

                    - Nothing appropriate listed

                    - Go back to

        - Try "Account & Billing"

            - Try "Seeing your purchase history and order numbers"

                - Nothing appropriate in article

                - Go back to

        - Try "iTunes Troubleshooting"

            - Nothing appropriate listed

            - Go back to

        - Try "Apps"

            - Try "iOS: Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store"

            - Nothing related to how to report a problem.

            - Go back to

        - Go to "Contact Support"

            - Click on "Get iTunes support via Express Lane"

                - Select "iTunes Store"

                - Select "Purchases, Billing & Redemption"

                - Fill out required information

                - Authenticate

                - Fill out e-mail form


    Additionally, when searching the discussions I see many references to a KB article entitled "How to report an issue with Your iTunes Store purchase" but this just goes to a 404 Not Found page for me.


    I wonder if this is a localization issue where non-US accounts/IP addresses are being redirected to resources that don't exist?
