Hey friends,

I'm thinking about getting a new mac mini, and 11inch macbook air and a Thunderbolt display. I'm going through the possible connections with this and think about me external media as well.

My ideal situation is this: I want to use the Display with the Mac Mini and connect 2 USB External Harddrives to the back of the thunderbolt display (not the Mac Mini). I want to be able to then connect the MacBook Air to the 2nd thunderbolt port and acess the Harddrives that are connected in the back of the display. Allowing both computers to acess whatever is connected to the back of the display.

Is this possible? I don't care about sharing the display between the two, I just want to share data that connected to the back of the diaplay...

Thanks,
