Most people don't have to .
What did you specify on import for the location of the originals? I'm wondering if maybe you created a copy when you imported, and then when you deleted it was the copy that got deleted.

I Import them in a new file, and they get automaticly renamed. I never make copys. I work with the original that i uploaded on Aperture and from there, i export them, if i need to. But my Problem are the ones that i Imported and then dont want to keep? How can i delete them from the Projekt AND the Harddrive?

Are the masters you are trying to delete in Aperture as referenced? Sounds like it.
If so when you get the Aperture delete confirmation window there is a checkbox that appears if any of the masters you are deleting are referenced. You need to select that checkbox in order to move the referenced masters to the system trash.
