Help, I just ordered an iPhone 4s and...

It said that "We've billed you for Apple services only. You will not receive a physical item."

What does "you will not receive a physical item" mean? Won't I be able to receive my

iPhone 4s when the order is finally completed?

PS This is my first time ordering and iPhone online 🙂

No, I've checked it thoroughly and I'm positive I've ordered the iPhone, however, I don't get it! Once you order the iPhone, it Apple would show you the order in which your order is going to be processed. This was the last thing on the list.

I placed an order for a phone this morning and once I placed it I received an email confirming my order. Within that email it should show what you ordered, estimated shipping time, price, billing and shipping address. This is the same information I received when I completed my order and it appeared on my computer screen. I would double check your invoice that you were emailed - as suggested above.

Yes, actually I have received my phone. What I found out, and in good time, was that it was held in customs. I had to contact my carrier to verify that it is my order. After that, and probably a week and a few days, I received my iPhone.
