Have you changed your Yahoo mail password yet?
It can all be spoofed as far as the sender also if your yahoo mail was ever hacked.

could be that the changed pword did the trick. don't know of subsequent mail since i changed the password.

Due to the congestion in all flash.net users and removal of all unused swbell Accounts,
 
FLASH.NET would be shutting down all unused Accounts,
You will have to confirm your E-mail by filling out your Login Information below after clicking the reply button,
* Username: ................ .......................... ......
* Password: ............................. .......................... ..
* Date of Birth: ..........................................
* Country Or Territory: ........................... .

After following the instructions in the sheet, your account will not be interrupted and will continue as normal. Thanks for your attention to this request. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Did you get & respond to an email like this. If you did, that's how they are able to use your email account.
I forward emails like this to ATT Scam <scam@abuse-att.net> Don't ever give out your information in response to an email like this.
