Sorry, you can't go direct from iPhone to FCPX.

Sure you can. You connect the iPhone, and open the import from camera function. The video on the camera will appear in the import window.

Since I like to archive all my raw video, I like to just import everything from the iPhone with Apple's bundled "Image Capture" app, which will download video as well as images.
Then you can just open FCPX and import the file. It should be ready to use in seconds.

FCP X can make a Camera Archive (backup) of your originals, too.

I tried to import to movie from iPohne via archiev but the button is gray. I have to wait a long time after import is finished as a DV footage. What is wrong by me?

Do you really need/want to edit in DV? Your iPhone footage is HD, and DV is a much lower resolution format, used by tape-based cameras.

Yes and No; i use DV (sony vx2000) en HD (iPhone4s) it was an example.
I found out importing DV and HD with cam.archive is not possible. SD is o.k.
Do I something wrong?
