Why won't iTunes Match recognize some of my music even though the songs are in the iTunes Store and the song information is correct?  I have some 7,500 songs in my library.  about 400 of those songs are not in the iTunes Store.  When I run iTunes Match it says that over 1,600 of my songs are not in the iTunes Store.  All of the tags for my songs are correct to my knowledge so I don't understand whats wrong.  My entire album "Room On Fire" by the Stokes was skipped over by iTunes Match even though it is in the store.  If were to click the dropdown arrow next to the song name and see if the song is on the itunes store, the song is found.

I have the same problem even with the songs that I bought from iTunes store..

All the songs that I added lyrics to them won't be recognized (I think)

I'm having the same/similar problem.  Itunes Match won't recognize some audio files I purchased from Itunes. Itunes has a picture of a cloud with a line going through these files, indicating that the file cannot be added to the cloud.  Even if I attempt to mannually add the file to the cloud (by right clicking that option), it won't work.  In addition, Itunes Match refused to add MP3 files I downloaded from other sites to the cloud.  Now I can't access them at all on my Iphone because they won't sync.  Very frustrating!  I thought this Itunes Match service was supposed to upload my audio library to the cloud, without exception.  Now I'm stuck not being able to sync many of the audio files I purchased.  What a bummer!

DITTO!  I'm have the same issues.  Even stranger I have albums that were ripped from CD by iTunes recently (all properly tagged) that Match only recognizes some of the tracks.  It is really confusing when track 3, 5,6 9, and 11 are recognized and the others are not.

I get the feeling Match was not actually ready for prime time, and I was suckered into paying for some sort of trial run.
