    To Itunes on my laptop. To go in2 the store & even check stuff out, check wish list, & most importantly, buy stuff!

    Just says "Your request cannot be completed: Make sure date & time are correct (which they are) & that i can receive cookies (which, as far as i know i can!): For detailed solutions to resolve this issue, click more info."  I have clicked on "More info" more times then I can remember & it is of NO HELP!

    When I try to change it, it asks for the old 1, which is 8 out of ten times wrong, & if it isn't, when i put in a new 1 it says it has been used in last year!!  I have a list of about 20 or so "new passwords"!!  Driving me a bit crazy to say the least!!

    Just the iCloud.  It works fine on everything else. Including getting onto this

    group.  DCP

    Thanks for the iCloud clue.  It also seems related to iOS 6.  I purchased my iPad and iPhone with iOS 6 in the fall.  I think these problems started in January and went into overdrive when I updated to iOS 6.1.

    Candy of Apple Support gave me the straight scoop for getting the right iCloud account on an iPad or iPhone.

     

    Go to Settings and select iCloud.

     

    At the bottom of the screen or lower select "Delete Account ".

     

    Ask it to save iCloud data to device.

     

    Sign in again with the correct Apple ID.

    If you wind up with lots of duplication, I recommend Calendar Cleaner and Contact Cleaner from Spanning Sync, Inc.

    heey, I forgot my iPhone's password, I can't get into it! can you help me please? do I have to take it to the Apple Genious?
