My lovely new iPhone 4GS suddenly tells me that I've ordered 20GB of cloud storage and that I've been charged $40 for it. I don't remember the transaction, nor do I have a record of it. I don't, moreover, need more than the free 5GB. But I can't find anyplace to tell you so and to correct the situation. Please fix. Other vendors have something called customer support or customer relations, dealing with billing problems and such. If Apple has that, I can't locate it.
