Neither apple or AT&T knew what to do, and AT&T wanted to charge me to go deeper and figure out what the problem was. These forums always have the answers when the Company's themselves do not. Thank you!!!!!

Thanks so much for providing this info. Just as Sulimo posted above me, I too have been going round and round with AT&T trying to figure out what the heck was wrong. Fortunately I didn't pay the extra $.
