Dec 20, 2011 10:19 AM in response to Geonak19by dmule,one thing i noticed with my HP photosmart printer (i forget the model, but it does support airprint). is that i have to have to printer on for a few minutes before my ipad 2 recognizes that it is there. once it does it prints like a charm...

Dec 20, 2011 11:14 AM in response to Geonak19by Geonak19,My router is a Netgear FVS318. Somedays the AirPrint works but most days it doesn't. I have the same exact printer at home (time capsule router) and it works there 90% of the time.

On a cheapo printer like mine that means running the start-up disc on a lap top connected by cable to the printer. On a more expensive printer you can input the network on the printer yourself.
