Q: CS5 problem saving files to Mac Mini Lion server

Hello, I am having this big issues saving CS5 (Adobe and DreamWeaver mostly) in my Mac Mini Lion Server. I've just formated the server and I am having problems with my working team when they try to save something.

 

I've read that the problem may reside in the way OS Server (I had the same problem while in Snow Server and was whisshing that with Lion Server this would resolve) saves versions but as I said I had the same problem in Snow Server.

 

They can do a Save-as but most of the time when they just save, the file simply disappear from the server.

 

I am talkin about WIndows 7 and Lion useres. All in the same network of course.

 

This is really annoying as I invested a lot of money in a Friendly Server. Before that I had a Windows Server that besides it was a pain to configure and look at it never gave me this kind of problem.

 

Thoes any one know if this my be a problem of my nwtwork configuration?

    I realize this is an old post but it appears to still be relavent. Issues with saving extend far beyond the server. I have issues saving any file from within the OS and it has become such a problem that I have to check finder to make sure the file is actually there everytime I save. I use Mac for my office and have provided everyone in the office a Macbook. I can say because of this issue - if it is not resolved I will not be purchasing anymore Macs. In fact I may convert them all to Win machines. This is sad because I have spent so much money on what I thought was an upgrade from Windows. I have called Apple care and all they ever tell me is that I need to re-install the OS - This does not fix the issue. This issue is especially bad on Mavericks. Please Apple fix this issue!
