Return or sell it. Contract free does NOT mean UNLOCKED. While ALL unlocked phones are contract-free, not all contract free phones are unlocked.
NO carriers in the US unlock their phones. You will NOT get that phone to work in Brazil. Return it if you're within the 30 day period, or else you'll have to sell it.

I bought also phone from anyone from UK, i try to use in The Netherlands but not working have a simlock. Now i dont know this phone from where!!!!. I paid for this iphone4 350 euro for nothing. I dont know how can i solve this problem i try to contact with all provider in NL but nobady cant help me.
Can anyone tell me what can i do with this phone ?

Approach the carrier who sold the iPhone. They will unlock it as per their policy for unlocking.

See this ^^. Also applicable to your iPhone. You must also remember that Warrantee for iPhone is in the Country of sale. Should be happy, that for you it is EU
