I recently switched from dual 23" monitors to a 15" MacBook Pro with a Thunderbolt Display. The large display makes some tasks cumbersome because the application palettes fall on opposite sides of the monitor with a huge workspace in between. I may sound spoiled, but it's just not working for me . There are several apps for Windows that do this (ie GridMove) and simply divide the monitor space (no Spaces will not work to solve my issue).

I've done a pretty comprehensive search but nothing comes up. Any solutions?
