Can you post a screen shot of Share menu and the application?

If you intend to use the media online (e.g. upload it et. al.) you probably should compress it. Best workflow for that is to Share the movie to Compressor (separate app, you have to buy it for $50) and then have Compressor output in the format you want. For instance, you can output an optimized QuickTime, or MP4s, or formats that are sized/compressed as suitable for upload to YouTube. Depending on what you want to do with it of course. To give you an idea of the results: I just compressed a 2.5GB movie shot in HD (roughly 3 minutes long) down to 53MB total size. Looks great, can hardly tell the difference, and it's ready to distribute.
