Search for Tiny Umbrella on Google. Once done, run it n hook up your phone. On the top right side, click on 'Kick out of Recovery'.
Voila.

If you have no Security Software installed and/or have already disabled your Security Software and your iTunes and all of your iTunes components are all up-to-date:
- Apple Software Update
- Apple Mobile Device Support
- Bonjour
- Apple Application Support
then....you need to replace your battery OR you have already replaced the battery and it was installed incorrectly (bad soldering etc.)

Recommending unauthorized procedures is against the ToU of this forum. The iPhone is not user-serviceable. You cannot obtain a legitimate iPhone battery anywhere except from Apple.
