Are you sure it's 10.0.x you're running? No hope for that or anything less than 10.4.11

As far as Flash, you need 10.4.11 or greater.

The last really supported Flash for PPC was 10.1.102.64, but if it's for like Facebook or such, people have been fooling FB to think they have a leter version installed.

Apple no longer works on eMacs, possibly an independent Apple Service provider will.

At the Apple Icon at top left>About this Mac, then click on More Info, then click on Hardware> and report this upto but not including the Serial#...

Flash is going to be painful on that eMac, but the hack mentioned above will likely be your best bet.

You could actually increase the RAM to 1GB, and even install Leopard 10.5.8 on it, but 10.5.x will be even slower & still doesn't solve the Flace issue by itself.
