Jan 26, 2012 6:31 AM in response to Studio Xby matevdan,Hi Studio X, thanks for the quick reply, but I'm hesitant to believe this is the issue, as I've seen many posts and tutorials online showing how to use 2 USB mics simultaneously. I should clarify that my computer won't even recognize both mics in the System Preferences -> Sound settings.
Thanks,
Matt

Jan 26, 2012 6:48 AM in response to matevdanby Studio X,Have you tried this set up with another computer?
Have you tried this with two different audio interfaces (ie one of them not the blue icicle?

Jan 26, 2012 7:09 AM in response to Studio Xby matevdan,Have not tried either. I think I have a headset USB mic laying around somewhere so I shall try that along with one of the icicles this evening when I get home and let you know how it goes. Thanks.

Nov 12, 2013 12:13 PM in response to matevdanby sleepingphoenix,So I can't speak to the specifics on Icicles, but I would imagine it's identical the situation I just ran into with two Yetis. Bue Yetis have identical digitial footprints and therefore no matter how many you plug in, they will be recognized as a single device.
I contacted Blue and ultimately I was able to send one of my Yetis to them for reprogramming and now my Mac will recognize it along with another Yeti in order to create an aggregate device.
Fair warning, this process took over 2 weeks and I had to pay out of pocket shipping, they paid FedEx ground (signature required) back to me. Hope that helps anyone else.
