Without running Windows in some form or another, you can't.

Just use Boot Camp and the version of Windows 7 you purchased to install in the partition and then it will run.

What is name of this exe file you are trying to run anyway?

Just saying "didn't work" with Wineskin... doesn't let anyone have a clue how to help.  You can try Crossover, but its basically the same tech as Wineskin and anything else Wine based... or you will have to use Windows (in a virtual machine or directly installed like with Bootcamp)

    Hello,

I've got it running by doing the following steps:

    1. Open Wineskin and set it to WS8Wine1.3.36 and Wineskin-2.5.3

    2. Click the "Create New Blank Wrapper" Button.

    3. Enter the name of the Application that is going to be created. (For example "Zezenia")

    4. When you are asked to install "Wine Gecko" select "Install" (I don't know if it is needed, but it doesn't hurt)

    5. Click "View Wrapper in Finder" or navigate to to the path mentioned in the window. (I had to go there manualy)

    6. Start the newly created app and click the "Install Windows Software" Button.

    7. Navigate to Zezenia's installer (Zezenia 4.5.1.exe) and click "Choose"

    8. Follow the installation (uncheck creation of shortcuts, as you won't need them)

    9. Select "/Program Files/Zezenia Online/Zezenia.exe" from the dropdown menu and click "OK"

    10. Click "Set Screen Options" and deselect "Decorate windows" aswell as "Auto Detect GPU Info for Direct3D".

    11. Hit "Done" and "Quit"

    12. Run Zezenia by restarting Zezenia.app

    13. Enjoy

The following steps worked on my MacPro and I hope they will also work on your MacBook Air

    Good Luck

    Hello,

a new attempt, this time tested on my MacBook Air (mid 2011).

    1. Open Wineskin and set it to WS8Wine1.3.36 and Wineskin-2.5.3

    2. Click the "Create New Blank Wrapper" Button.

    3. Enter the name of the Application that is going to be created. (For example "Zezenia")

    4. When you are asked to install "Wine Gecko" select "Install"

    5. Click "View Wrapper in Finder" or navigate to to the path mentioned in the window. (I had to go there manualy)

    6. Start the newly created App.

    7. Click "Set Screen Options" and this time only deselect "Auto Detect GPU Info for Direct3D".

    6. Click the "Install Windows Software" Button.

    10. Go to "Advanced" -> Tools and run "Config Utility (winecfg)"

    12. A window (wine configuration) will open, select "Graphics" and deselect "Allow the window manager to control the windows". Click OK when you are done.

    11. Hit "Done" and "Quit"

    12. Drag and drop "Zezenia.app" to your normal App Folder

    13. Run Zezenia.app

    14. Enjoy

I hope it'll work for you this time.

    Good Luck

    Try engine WS8Wine1.2.3

I kept getting crashes using the 1.3.3X series but the older 1.2.3 worked ok with my on Lion.

    yes, 10.7.2

I used the installer, not the zip archive.  I made and installed actualy using WS8Wine1.4-rc1 but since it just crashed running the game, i swaped the engine to WS8Wine1.2.3 and then the game worked fine.  Wine Gecko not needed, and window decorations work on or off.
