Q: was calculator deleted in Mac OS X 10.6 or in Snow Leopard?

was calculator deleted in Mac OS X 10.6 or in Snow Leopard?

I just went to use it and it is no longer in applications. I found an old version in Trash which wouldn't load, but can't remember putting in Trash.

MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.4/2.2 GHz), Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Version 4.5.3 is the latest for SL and resides in /Applications.

Thats the problem. I do not see it in Applications.

Then, use Pacifist to extract it from the install disc.

Calculator is on my Snow Leopard and my Lion based Macs. If you do not have it, it is specific to your system. Have any cats playing with your mouse? :-)

Seems that problem of your system. Anyway, I think nothing is lost: there are much more convenient calculators for mac. I personally prefer Numi.
