Use your backup copy of your computer to put everything back.

We really need more specifics before anyone can offer much in the way of advice.

Feb 1, 2012 2:36 PM in response to varjak pawby scott491,yeah i am the wife that did a restore we do have windows but i didn't know what to click on for the type of computer. the leopards sounded good. the acct is for itunes and when i did the restore b/c bad sites were unable to take off i restarted the whole computer and when my husband tried to get back on his itune acct it would not activate-- No i did not put anything on backup i just pressed buttons and thought a restart would help oops.

If you mean the iTunes Store, your husband should be able to just sign in using his normal user ID and password for the Store. If you mean the content purchased from the iTunes Store, with the exception of movies and audiobooks he should be able to just download it again:

If that's still not what you mean, you'll need to clarify further, or have your husband post and explain what the problem is.
