Q: i installed 10.6.3 this week - is there an update to this OS? Also I would like to upgrade from Safari 4.0.4

I installed 10.6.3 this week - is there an update to this OS? Also I had Safari 5 in Leopard now I get Safari 4 in SL- how do I get back to 5?
