Jun 24, 2016 3:08 PM in response to ukhnby thebub,I had the same problem with a new iPad Pro, purchased in Dubai, on the way OUT of the country. When I got back to the UK and set up my iPad, FaceTime was not there.
Apple were extremely unhelpful, saying there was nothing they could do.
Well, there is! There is a workaround. Go to Settings / General / Language & Region. Change your region to Egypt. Restart and you should find that FaceTime is restored and working.
