Q: I am currently at System 10.5.8. I want to upgrade to the latest system. Do I need to upgrade to 10.7 before I upgrade to the most recent?

I am currently at System 10.5.8. I want to upgrade to the latest system. Can I upgrade to 10.7.3 without upgradng to 10.6 first?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

Yes, but unless you have a very slow Internet connection, it's easier and cheaper to go through Mac OS X 10.6.
