I'm having trouble with people not receiving pictures I send via text on my 4s.  Do you have any suggestions?

Could be a carrier issue. COntact your carrier and see what they say! Never hurts.

    Cheers

If you are sending pictures through the message application either the messages go as iMessage if the recipient is an iOS device with iMessage enabled. If not, it is sent as mms message and there is a limit of the size of the images you can send. Also the recipient needs to have mms settings enabled to receive them.

Do you have more precision on who doesn't receive the images?

Hint: iMessages are in blue, normal messages are in green.

You can resize them using the free photoshop app. Or you can try with a screenshot which will definitely take less space.

However, before that, do you see an error message when you try to send a picture? Also, in settings, general, network, cellular data network, mms, are the settings properly entered?
