Q: iTunes stole .wav from QuickLook! Help!
Until today, .wav files would preview (including playback) in QuickLook. They had a black QuickLook icon.
I did not do anything to change that, of which I am aware.
Now, newly arrived .wav files have an iTunes icon. They no longer preview (playback) in QuickLook. They open in iTunes.
I want it back the way it was.
I tried using the "Get Info" trick to change playback, but it only offers other applications in the apps folder. I cannot find an app named QuickLook anywhere on my system.
Can anyone tell me how to undo iTunes having stolen (or having taken over) .wav files, away from QuickLook?!
If so, please help me! Thanks in advance for any and all attempts. All will be appreciated!

I had a _lot_ of apps running and QuickLook seems to have bugged out.
I closed everything down and restarted, and QuickLook's functionality came back.
What is interesting, is that any and all .wav files that came into my system (via emails) during the time while QuickLook was 'away' are now permanently tied to iTunes instead of the norm. All other wav files from before and after, have the black icon that indicates QuickLook. The ones that were grabbed and played by iTunes in between, still have the iTunes icon.
