I may be wrong but I though this was a mobileMe feature that iCloud does not have.

I think it is still a feature with iCloud. If on your iDevice with iOS 5 you go to Settings -> iCloud, and then inside of that you see bookmarks with a picture of Safari as a sync option. I tried to turn it off and then back on and that didn't get me anywhere. This is a feature I'd like to get working properly.

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4001 is the page I normally have to resort to basically restart Bookmark syncing through iCloud to get it to work for that 1 time. Hoping to find out a permanent fix as many have said it works fine for them.

My problem is totally same!
I couldn't find the solution yet. I tried the suggestion above, first time it worked.
But guys, I am asking this: is this the way as it should work?
Apple, shame on you!
This feature would be so cool, if it works.
I cannot get it, doesn't it disturb Apple?
I think lots of others have the same issue.
Where is the solution? When Apple fix it?

Same here. It's not a poorly or bad feature implementation, it's a completely non-functional feature and for me it's a keypoint on my everyday job.

Exactly. Problem is, it doesn't even work with iTunes sync. It just doesn't work.
And iOS Safari doesn't offer ANY option to import bookmarks from a file, which is usually a fail-safe method! So thanks to Apple, we're pretty much stuck without bookmarks on the **** iOS devices. It's pathetic.

Nothing I have tried has worked. I honestly don't know what to do anymore to just get this thing to work. Very frustrating. (Working again on it now as I speak). All the bookmarks show up just fine on Safari on the Mac but no change whatsoever on Safari on the iPhone.

Here is what worked for me:
1. Turn iCloud Safari bookmark syncing off on all affected devices.
2. Restart all affected devices.
3. Turn on iCloud Safari bookmark syncing on the device with which you want all others to be synced to.
4. Wait a few minutes.
5. Turn on iCloud Safari bookmark syncing on all other devices.
Hope this works friends!

Is it possible to sync the bookmarks from my iPhone 4S to my PC's version of Safari? I've got tons of bookmarks on my phone that I'd like on my computer.
