My Mac book crashes up to 3-4 times a day, freezing so that the only thing I can do is turn it off. Nothing else responds.

The only recent addition is the driver for a TIM wifi modem, I do not know if it is the modem that causes this, but it is compatible with 10.7.

I paste here thel Last entries in console:

If you're able to boot, launch the Console application by entering the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search, and select the most recent panic log under System Diagnostic Reports. Post the contents – the text, please, not a screenshot. For privacy’s sake, I suggest you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header and body of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.) Please don't post "shutdownStall" or "hang" reports.

If you can't boot in the usual way, try a safe boot. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:

    • Be sure your Mac is shut down.
    • Press the power button.
    • Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
    • Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).

During startup, you’ll see a progress bar, and then the login screen, which appears even if you normally log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.

Safe mode is slower than normal, and some things won’t work at all.

My guess is that it's Huawei, and it would be my first choice for the cause of the trouble. Read this thread

It probably is. Maybe there's some specific configuration that causes the problem.

Removing the modem drivers and not using it will be the only solution, won't it?

Well, we don't know that it causes the problem -- so far, that's the hypothesis. You need to test it and find out if, indeed, the Huawei driver is the problem. If it is, then maybe check if they have an updated driver; or contact tech support, maybe there's some specific thing you can do about it.

(My own opinion, which is not based by any means on exhaustive research, is that the Huawei drivers are poorly designed and programmed and insufficiently tested. I would not install Huawei software on my Mac, unless I absolutely needed it and there was no other alternative.)

Additionally, I believe you have iAntivirus software installed; this may also be a source of problems. But first, test the Huawei stuff.

That's not the panic log. Please review the instructions, especially the part about excessive repeats, and try again.
