Feb 24, 2012 3:16 AM in response to dpxby Carolyn Samit,The only way that I can force them to sync is to un-check the bookmark option in system preferences and then check it again.
Do the same for the devices.
Tap Settings > iCloud
Toggle Bookmarks off then back on then restart.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Now open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect Bookmarks, reselect then restart your Mac.

Feb 24, 2012 3:24 AM in response to Carolyn Samitby dpx,If I toggle bookmarks off and on then I do get the recent bookmarks, but of course iCloud should update for me and it isn't.
For example I can see my iCal update as it tells me it is doing so, but bookmarks do not and there is no refresh option.
I know the work around to manually update but I'm left pondering why the cloud doesn't update bookmarks for me as it should.
