Q: frozen will not turn off

will not turn off the ipod is frozen and I have connected it to the computer and wall charger and neither will kick it out of frozen and the light stays on and will not turn off

iPod nano (6th generation), Windows 7

Did you also try this?

Will not turn off
Press the Sleep/Wake button.
Learn how the Sleep/Wake button works on iPod nano (6th generation).
If the screen does not go dark, try resetting the device.
