I cannot get my mbp to boot. Upgraded my hard drive about a month ago. Mac froze up this weekend.  Haven't been able to boot since.  Have reset my pram multiple times. Attempted to boot with install disk multiple times unsuccessfully. Attempted safe mode boot multiple times, only once successfully. Ran DU in safe mode, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. It froze shortly after and I haven't had any success with booting since. Ran AHT with install disk, everything passed under the extensive test.  Tried booting from the old hard drive unsuccessfully, worked prior to freeze up.

Everytime I startup, gets to the apple and spinning gear before the kernel panic and the restart message.

Not sure what to try next. Not sure what all my unsuccessful attempts suggest either. Ideas? Suggestions? Comments?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2008), Mac OS X (10.5.2)
