Mar 1, 2012 5:03 PM in response to Lucky Ericby iCare,Can you provide more information about the problems you are having above and beyond telling use these printers don't work? Are you having trouble configuring them for wireless printing, or are you connecting directly? Are you getting errors, or just having trouble configuring the printer?
Although I do not have a Samsung printer to experiement with, here is a link to a discussion thread that may provide some assistance, especially the comments from the last two users named Largus and kplain.

If kplain's comments regarding configuring an Airport Extreme for use with the Samsung CLP-325W apply to you then you may want to follow his advice and download Airport Utility 5.6 from here:

Here's another discussion thread that may help:

The problems you are experiencing connecting to a printer are unusual. I have had several inkjet and laser printers during the past few years and I am always amazed at how easy it is to setup a new printer. Hopefully the users on this forum can get you up an running as you provide more info about the issue you are experiencing.

Mar 2, 2012 1:59 AM in response to Lucky Ericby Lucky Eric,Hi Folks,
Thanks for the help I will try this. Trouble is I am no computer expert and find all this a bit stressful. Problems were that the HP Printer just didn't support Lion I note from other threads that Apple have done this before and as I said whilst they are very apologetic its really just not good enough. The end outcome was that they couldn't guarantee that any printer they sold me would work with iMac!
The Samsung was bought after trip to PC World to try and solve this problem. The difficulty I am having is that when I try to install the printer it asks me to connect it to the iMac via a printer cable when I do this the iMac is then unable to find the printer.
Apple care suggested going into the shop which I did last night and saw a "Genius" the iMac in store then had the same problem. He then tried an Ethernet cable and was then able to print but the printer was still not to communicate with the iMac to set up or configure.
He suggested taking it back to PC World as problem appeared to be with printer. By now getting a bit desperate I asked if they had any idea which printers would work with Lion. He went off and came back with a printed list. Job Done you might think but when I got it home and looked at it it has the HP Laserjet Pro 1025nw color on it which I know from experience doesn't work.
Fix suggested above looks hopeful but can anyone tell me if this is the same problem I am having (I did say I am no expert)?
