In playing around with the Looper, I've stumbled across a couple of patches that don't work with it: Clean Stereo Chorus and Dream Sequence. No signal seems to make it to the Looper. Any idea why this would be? I'm just scratching the surface of MainStage and don't really understand all the routing and such. Could there be something in these patches that routes them around the Looper somehow?

My question got me thinking about the routing, so I looked at the difference between patches that work and patches that don't. Sure enough, patches that do work have Loopback in one of the Send slots. So I added that to one of the patches that wasn't working. But when I click on the little circle beside the send (which I assume has something to do with the level), it shows "-∞". A patch that works, on the other hand, displays "+0.0". I can't figure out how to adjust that, though, and I don't know why some patches aren't set up for Loopback.

Ok, I figured out that option clicking on the circle toggles between "-∞" and "+0.0". Unfortunately, that appears to make no difference. I'm still not getting anything on Loopback from this patch.

Sorry for the late response, just saw this. The Loopback plug-in is probably on an AUX channel in your patch. Make sure the AUX channel strip is set to an output on your interface that is active and audible, and make sure the AUX channel isn't turned down or muted....?

Also check the Loopback plug-in interface on that strip and make sure the settings and prefs in the little action menu (gear icon) match the ones in the patch that works for you.

Also try upgrading to 2.2.1, I had a few bussing issues in 2.2 that now work correctly in the new update.

I think the update took care of the issue. I hadn't touched it for a month, then checked on Geoff's advice. I don't think I did anything different than I had before, but now the patch is working in Loopback.
