Mar 3, 2012 11:12 PM in response to Macbatgirlby Cliff_Loobs,Excellent link! Works for me.
I haven't been having a problem when going to an album that I've partially purchased in the iTunes store. I have the option of buying the rest of the album at the appropriately reduced price. I just find having all of the album options for Complete My Album in one place a convenience.

Mar 4, 2012 12:36 AM in response to Cliff_Loobsby whatthewhat,Honestly I didn't even know there was a complete my album link until I realized that I couldn't complete any of my albums. Then I began going to it just to make sure that I had albums that could be completed. I'm pretty frustrated that it's been over a month and I still don't have the option to complete my albums. It helps a little to know that others are having the same problem.

Mar 4, 2012 10:55 AM in response to whatthewhatby lroth,Same here on the album pages - not even a hint that I bought any of the songs before, nor a link to complete the album. This may have started when they changed iTunes to add iTunes Match (just a guess).. I started a support ticket with Apple's "Express Lane", but they haven't responded at all. My suggestion is for everyone to both start a support ticket, and send iTunes feedback (under the "iTunes" menu). Right now I can't even log in to buy a song (I can log in to the iTunes store, but the next log in (to my account page or to buy a song) is not working at all.
I wish they would separate the iTunes Music store from the rest, and maybe there wouldn't be so much broken functionality.

Mar 4, 2012 11:32 AM in response to lrothby Cliff_Loobs,I'm not sure if this has anything to do with your issues or not, but are you using the latest iTunes version (10.5.3)? Even if you are, I would continue to pound Apple since we are told that we can buy the remainder of albums at reduced prices. Calling is often more effective than online / email contact. If the customer service rep you speak with gives no solution or satisfaction, then ask to be contacted by their supervisor. You're a loyal customer, they aren't helping you sufficiently and providing satisfactory answers, etc., etc., etc.
Complete My Album works for me and my only reason for checking into this issue is the now removed link to the condensed Complete My Album listing. I am again able to access that thanks to the link provided by Macbatgirl.
Good luck!

Mar 6, 2012 9:15 AM in response to Dougmortonby lroth,That page lists the albums that I can complete, but when I click on one it takes me to the actual album page, and there is still no option there to complete the album. It appears a number of us are having this problem (see this and other threads), but for most people "Complete My Album" works fine.
For me, on the individual album pages there is no "Complete My Album" option, nor is there any showing of the songs I previously bought. All that disappeared a couple of months ago. Even though the link you provide list all the albums I should be able to complete, I still can't complete them.

Mar 6, 2012 2:56 PM in response to lrothby rbsroad,I just wish I could get an explanation for the reason why...especially since they just added a similar link to the TV Show Site "Complete My Season"

Mar 7, 2012 8:50 PM in response to rbsroadby Cliff_Loobs,Well, I don't know if this has anything to do with the issues, but I just did a quick scan of the updated iTunes Store terms & conditions.
"In some circumstances, you will have no more than 180 days from the time you acquire your first CMA-eligible song or video from a particular CMA-eligible album to accept that CMA offer, and upgrading previous purchases to iTunes Plus does not affect any such time limits."

Mar 7, 2012 9:09 PM in response to whatthewhatby ByHisWounds,Add me to the growing list of iTunes users who can no longer "Complete My Album." What is going on here?! This is a rip off.

Mar 9, 2012 5:53 PM in response to whatthewhatby TinPigeon,OK I think I've got something here.
Yes, the link does seem to be missing from the US Store.
I tried poking around in My Account, and Purchased pages, but no luck.
What DID seem to work was Ping.
While not as nice as the old Complete My Album page, it still works.
You can see in your Library your single tracks.
Highlight a previous purchase, and click the oval Ping button to get the dropdown.
Under "Show in iTunes Store, " choose the name of the song, and it will open the album page.
From there you can see the song as "Purchased" and the others will have a "Download" button.
The price to complete the album seems right. In this case, $8.70. I logged out and searched the same album, and it's $9.99.
Hope this gets us on the right track, and I call "shennanigans" on Apple for not making this solution easier to find. Such as putting an update on the old Support pages for Complete My Album.

Mar 11, 2012 6:10 PM in response to TinPigeonby lroth,That's interesting. I'll try it out when I'm at a computer with iTunes 10. My main computer has iTunes 9 (no Ping), as I like the music graphics much better (especially the larger album art in list view).
