The no limit has now disappeared in both my iPad and iPhone

It was fine one day then my iPad went into a recovery mode loop somehow just woke up one morning and it was like that so I restored and set up as new and synced all my stuff back and then is when I noticed the "no limit" option has disappeared I then check my iPhone and it was ok i checked again today and it has dissapeared of my iPhone too. No settings have been changed at all.

I see by looking on the net the is a recent thing happening to very few people

Is this a work Exchange account you are syncing? If so, it iis possible the Exchange administrator has changed settings.

I'm sorry, that is a question I couldn't answer. You would have to check with them about that. have you done any other troubleshooting? Have you tried a reset, holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. Check after the phone has restarted. A restore is next, first from a backup and then as a new device. However, you could also try deleting the account and then re-entering it and see if that changes it. Otherwise you would need to check with godaddy about it.

To look at the phone, you would have to take it to the Genius Bar. Apple does not participate in this forum. While they moderate it, and occasionally an Apple employee will come on here, outside of their employment and answer a question or two, they are not on here regularly. If you have deleted the account and re-adding it has not corrected the problem I'm afraid the only recourse is a restore. Restoring won't hurt you if you have all of your content backed up and synced to supported applications. A restore from backup is easier and less time consuming than a restore as a new device and then syncing, but restoring as new can certainly clear out any problems that may exist.

I have the same problem with my hosted exchange account from go daddy on my iPad, and iPhone. I have spoke with go daddy twice and they say it is an apple problem. Apple says its a go daddy problem. I have been dealing with this for almost a month now.

    Answer, Workaround here:

I think this proves it is a GoDaddy thing.

Once you get it working again, the Mail Days To Sync Field will be empty with no option sected. Leave it that way - it will function as No Limit.

Drop me a line on the other thread to let me know if it worked or if you have questions. The solution is the 4th post down.

Also, leave the name of who hosts your exchange server in the reply. I see a lot of GoDaddy users! Me too.
