If you plan on gaming then going with the 15" with the dedicated graphics card is the way to go. I game a little bit on my older 2009 MBP 13" and it gets by but then again I'm not playing an very gfx intensive game.

Your needs don't seem to be too power intensive. If your main applications are going to be surfing the web, using iTunes, checking email, using iLife, and some gaming, you'll do fine with either the 13 or 15". However, if you plan more gaming, jk_baller23 makes a good point with the 15" MBP, which has the added advantage of better graphics and bigger screen - and a notably higher price.
Visit your local Apple Store and try both MBPs out.

Thanks! I'm probably going to go with the MacBook Pro 13inch model. I've talked to a friend who has a MacBook Air about the graphics (the graphics cards are the same, according to Apple's website, as the MacBook Pro's [13inch, obviously] graphics) and she said that it works perfectly fine with general/minimal gaming. I would go to the nearest Apple Store, but, unfortunately, that store is about an hour (give or take) drive.
