No you haven't got a virus (there aren't any for OS X), those sites have probably been hacked by illegal advertisers.
I use GlimmerBlocker to not see them:

See, I didn't think I could get any viruses.
But then again I'm seeing this on a wide range of websites (I know no website is immune from hacking), but like a lot of different ones, from general information ones to official government websites.
Maybe these hackers just have WAYYYY too much time on their hands!!

Have this stupid thing in both Firefox & Safari. Seems to be Flash & Java based. I can find not strange extension(s0.
If I diable Flash or Java it goes away.
Anyone have any ideas?

Apple, you need to provide more support. Safari is the one browswer where this is not removable. I have spent my day on this and am about to dump your software.
Improve Safari please! I do not need the hassle of this spam on my computer.
