Q: i installed two memory cards one showed up and the other one remained empty

I bought 2 GB memory cards to a total of 4GB to upgrade my current memory cards of 1 GB each.

I installed and restarted and it showed that one memory card is in use and recognized and the other one remained empty.

I re inserted to make sure it connects and ran it again and again it s empty. GRRRRRR...

what s wrong...

Either one stick is bad, or they're incompatible. Send it back.
