Is there a way to drag a list of emails from MacEmail into a group in MacAddressBook
do you must to drag them individually into AllContacts
(1a) In Mail, select messages, then Message > Add Senders to Address Book; or,
(1b) In Mail, Window > Previous Recipients, then select addresses, click Add to Address Book.
(2) In Address Book, create a new group, select contacts, drag to group. Or use Smart Group.

Part (2) was the most awkward and non-intuitive part.
What I sought seemed to be something like the functionality of doing 1b and then "File" "New Smart Group" based on "Card" with "was updated after" and yesterday's date, and then dragging its members to a new group.
What I had expected to work, but did not, was selecting a recipient list from an email in Mail, and then dragging it to a Group in AddressBook
