I see it from time to time too, though no more than once or twice a day at most. Annoying, but I think harmless.
Do you have Verizon FIOS by any chance? There may be an issue with the Verizon routers that causes problems with "bonjour" services. Bonjour is what Apple devices use to communicate with each other, so it's possible your router is sporadically blocking the communication. You might get that error message, or a temporary inability to use "airplay", or an interrupted sync, etc. If that's the case try shutting everything down, restarting your router, then starting up all your devices again.
But there could be other things blocking bonjour - firewalls, your wireless router being misconfigured, wireless "client isolation" etc.
