New iPad light bleeding issue

I bought my new device 5 days ago and only today I noticed its dispaly has "light bleeding" issue.

 

My question is: "Do you think I should accept this lack of conformity in my legal warranty or not?"

 

I don't want to swap many devices to go back to start point every time.

    It depends on your acceptance level. My every Apple product is bleeding somehow (iPad 2 and 3, iPod 3G, iPhone 4 or MacBook) if I display black or white screen at maximum brightness, but it's a not common situation in normal use. I think, flawless Apple display is utopia. Just go to some store and make some tests (black/white max brightness).

    Whether or not you decide to exchange it you can take it in, have apple look at it, document that it exists, and then 6 months from now when it gets worse or bugs you more  you have documentation that it's a long running issue.
