Mar 28, 2012 4:25 AM in response to Clearrby Celso Fassoni,Hi,
I did a little more research on web about this and doing a simply query of "0x80092013" on Google curiously I found these articles in Microsoft KB site:
Windows Vista: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2639180
Windows 7: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2615174
It really makes a lot of sense to me, as in my first post I was suspecting something related to security certificates revocation. Once I connect my computer in corporate domain/network, iTunes started work fine. Seems that Vista could check the certificates revocation then.
If you go through the whole KB you see there are issues related to Crypt library and I searched my Vista computer and I found that I do not have this security patch applied neither the crypto version is the same indicated in the KB. You can check the installed updates going to Control Panel \ Security \ View Installed Updates and crypt dll is in Windows\system32 folder (32 bits version Crypt32.dll).
Unfortunately I cannot apply this patch in my computer now because at this moment I do not have problems but I think it worth a try for who still facing this issue.
Warning: do not apply this fix if you have a newer version of the crypt dll.
My suggestion: do an windows update first, apply service packages if possible and then do the tests.
Good luck and let us know the results!
BR

Mar 28, 2012 7:14 AM in response to Celso Fassoniby eldonjon72,Thanks Celso - the hotfix worked! I can now sign into the store!
Still can't use iTunes Match - same error message. But at least iTunes is back to being no more broken than it was in 10.5 & I can live with that!

Mar 29, 2012 4:44 PM in response to MirekFialaby soapy_davison,Just heard that Apple have released an update for 10.6 (10.6.1).
I have installed it and everything is now working perfectly again! I can log in, authorize and do not see any "unable to log into itunes store (0x80092013)" issues. Funny about how they are not mentioning anything to do with this issue in the release notes.
Anyone still with issue, give it a go - hopefully this will resolve issues for a lot of people.

Apr 11, 2012 10:21 AM in response to Clearrby jsposey,I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Itunes update several times and continue to get the 0x80092013. I am not a computer expert but have tried everything that I have read online to try and have not had any luck. I am running Windows Vista and have installed all the updates. Any additional help would be appreciated.

Apr 15, 2012 3:48 PM in response to jsposeyby 128doe,I am not on Windows Vista, but I will advise this only beacuse it was the only thing I found that worked. Simply go to the "add/remove hardware" part of your computer. Delete everything that has the word "apple" in it along with iTunes. After you successfully remove all Apple programs off of your computer, go and reinstall itunes. I installed 10.5 but it wouldn't let me open it because there was a new update out. It forced me to get the update, and once I updated my iTunes, everything worked like a charm. I hope this helps. I am no computer expert either, so I can't tell you why this works, all I know is that it fixed my computer.

Jun 3, 2013 8:35 PM in response to Celso Fassoniby TheOriginalSlink,Running Windows 7. Have been having trouble with iTunes for about 18 months now. Started with a -1202 error when redeeming that has just gotten worse with successive updates. Worked with an Apple rep off and on for about a month last year but gave up when her suggestion was to reload Windows (all other programs work). Lost initial iTunes Store access a few months ago but used to be able to search by artist, then that went away. When I loaded the latest version (11.0.3), my -1202 error changed to the 0x80092013 error described in this thread. I have the same log file error messages listed. Tried the hot fix but that didn't work. Have tried everything under the sun I could find online. Noticed that most of this traffic stopped about a year ago with 10.5 and 10.6. Are people still having this issue?

Oct 2, 2013 7:59 AM in response to Sleoshby JoeK112,I have tried all the suggestions on these boards, I still get the 0x80092013 error. I also cannot connect to itunes when I run the diagostics. I pretty much have run out of ideas. I have not been able to get to the itunes store for 5 months now. Anyone have any magic bullets ? I have tried most if not all of the things already suggested.
