Hello, and welcome to Apple Support Communities!
This just downloads the Installer application. You don't need to have the installer Application on your computer if you have already installed Lion, so you can ignore how it says "download" and delete the Install Mac OS X Lion.app file from /Applications.
It should only show you the download button on a Lion-running Mac if you hold the Option key while clicking Purchases, but I have seen several computers that work normally and exhibit the same behavior as you're experiencing.

Thanks for the response!
I thought there might be somethign wrong because my computer completely froze up on me this morning and wouldn't start up and eventually I was able to get it to work somehow and then one of lost+found file folders was created with the Mac Lion installer app in it. So I re-installed Lion and that lost+fond folder was gone. Plus my computer was heating up more than usual.
Everything is all good now except for that disk repair report but I don't think it's anything to worry about.
