As a test on one of the Mac's you could reset the printing system. This will remove all printers and scanners from Print & Scan but not the supporting drivers, so you will only need to the queues again. With the Samsung queue added again, if this prints the first time - every time then you can apply the reset to the other Mac's.

Thanks for suggestion but it did not resolve the problem.
- Sometime it print fine
- Sometime it appear on the queue and then disapear without printing
- Sometime it appear on the queue and then printer starts heating and then stop without printing.
And it is the same for the 3 Macs

Just bumped into this thread because I have the same behaviour with a ML2010, both locally with an IMac and networked with a Mac mini. Worth investigating.

I have exactly the same problem RG3, samsung even sent me a new printer as they didn't know what it is, this update to OSX is awful, it caused major stability issues with my machine until I re-downloaded the combo update.

The only thing I find there is a driver (version 2.00) from september 2009 which did not solved the problem

I had the same intermittent problem with my ML-2510 - started the print job, but then would mysteriously stop before printing it.
As my ML-2510 was a couple of years old, I downloaded the latest driver - which seemed to work initially, but the problem was still occurring:
Removing and re-adding the printer from System Preferences would also sometimes work, but the problem returned.
However, it now appears to be working properly after I followed PAHU's helpful link and reset the printing system
I followed the instructions exactly, and so far so good. I'll post back if I find anything else.

I did this, didn't solve the problem. I have to turn off and turn on the printer. This first prints works fine, but after, it starts with the same problem. So I have to turn on/off everytime i want to print....that's the only way to solve it for now, I have the ml-2010...hopefully it will be better with Mountain Lion or samsung releases new drivers before.

You're right - it worked fine for awhile but the problem returned. As you said, when I turn it off and turn it back on again, it works again.
Very frustrating - the problem did show up sometime after the 10.7.3 update in early February, so hopefully as you said they'll fix it in either the next update, or next driver from Samsung.

For the price of a new cartridge, I bought a new perinter - Brother 2280 DW. Turned to Brother due to lack of support from Samsung. I gave the ML-2010 to a charity.

Just to add to the dogpile here: I am having the exact same problems with my ML-2510. I contacted Samsung support via chat. They suggested re-installing the latest Samsung driver, version 2.0. This did NOT work, even with resetting the printing system after the re-install. They then said that they had no other suggestions and that this problem had not yet been reported. The person I chatted with said he would report it but that there was no way to track it.
Let me suggest that everyone who has this problem start a chat and report the issue, so that they finally pay attention and fix it.
You can quickly initiate a chat from here:
