Q: How can I print the calendar on ICloud?

How can I print out the calendar on ICloud? I used to be able to print out the calendar on MobileMe but since my calendar was migrated to ICloud, I can not print out the calendar. Does anyone know how to print the calendar?

I am using Apple Snow Leopard and cannot print the iCloud calendar as well. All I get when going to the print option is a blank black printed page.

I get the same results on windows. The only way I can print out the calendar is to take a screen print and paste it to a word document that I can print. Hope that Apple corrects soon.

I love the individual calendars in icloud but I need to print the combined calendar too.  I thought I could open the calendar in Outlook and print but it prints each calendar separately not combined.

EmmaD,  How do you get it to Outlook?  I get over to outlook but it prints really weird as in line by line in very small print?  Uses like 1 inch of the left column on 3 pages.

I don't know how far along you are but here's what I did.  I opened this page http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/pc.html and downloaded the iCloud control panel.  I had to close Outlook while installing it.  Then once I went back into Outlook and looked at calendars under All Calendar Items there were 2 main headers.  One was My Calendars and the other was iCloud.  I hope that helps.

Thanks Emma.  I only have 2 calendars and not an outlook one.  Tricky stuff I guess?  Thanks.

Emma, I truly appreciate you post.  You solved a big problem for me; ever since I had to invest in a new laptop  with the new MS Outlook 2010 in December 2011, I could not sync my calendar from my iPhone.  After downloading the iCloud platform via the URL you provided (in Firefox, not Windows 7) and restarting my computer, voila, all appointments are now also in MS Outlook!  I am very grateful!

All of these fixes are of no value to those of us who do not use Outlook. Does anyone know how to print a calendar when simply in the iCal program?

Use the Grab program on your Mac.  This allows you to take a screen shot.  But you'll have to adjust the Page Setup attributes under Grab's Print feature...and make sure to set the Orientation as landscape and the Scale at 50%.  Print and voila!

    In iCal select File>Print:

You'll get this, select Month or Week as you please:

    Screen Shot 2012-03-31 at 9.59.39 AM.png

    Then print it.

To Print iCloud Calendar:  Go to the month you want to print.  Hit Print Screen on your PC keyboard.  It goes to your Drop Box. Bring it up there and Copy (right-click to get copy). Open blank Word document and change to Landscape page set up.  Click Paste to the Word document. Increase size of box, if necessary. PRINT!!

So this is all I Know about icloud calendar....

If you go to icloud.com calendar thru safari, Internet explorer or chrome web browser whether it is thru a mac computer or windows I have NOT found a way to print as of 03/18/2016.

However if you are on a mac and then choose iCAL the icon usually at the bottom of screen)....than you can print thru there.

Sorry at work right now and do not have exact steps but you should be able to figure out from there.
