Use the iTunes Store menu > "Check for Available Downloads".

I have the same problem. Got the email saturday morning. Tried 20-30 times to check for downloads and still no 'Fringe.' I have tried syncing my apple tv numerous times and also unauthorizing my itunes account then authorizing again. Anybody got any ower ideas? Thanks.
