My computer crashed, now I have a new computer.  My iphone was originally cynced with the old computer.

Now when I try to cync my iphone, I get a message that all my music will be deleted before Iit is cynced.  Any idea how to go about it?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1

Iphone will sycn with one computer at a time.  Syncing to another will erase the current content ans replace with content from the new computer.

Copy everything from your backup copy of your old comptuer to your new one.

As I mentioned, my compuer crashed  (hard drive) lost everything and no access to any back-up from the old computer!

    OK.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your comptuer for this very reason.

Have you failed to do this?

If so, then you can transfer itunes purchases from the iphone:  File>Transfer Purchases

You can e-mail photos to yourself - they will never be of the original quality.

If you enter one unique contact and calendar entry in the computer, then you should get the option to merge the data.

    Dr. Sudin,

Your post has absolutely nothing to do with the original poster's problem.  This is called threadjacking and is considered extremely rude.
