Go to page 97 and follow the directions on that page. On that page is also what Apple Support told me to do regarding my issues this morning.

I dont see and email or phone number. When I go through iTunes and click report a problem you can not report issues with gift card purchases...only credit card.....

Report fradulent billing or unauthorized transaction. I had to type it in under "other" I think it was.

Maybe this will help you. Here's what I did:

    I went to this link:

    https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do?PRKEYS=133314

    selected iTunes under Product Categories

selected iTunes store in the next section

    selected "Purchases, Billing & Redemption"

on the new page selected "My topic is not listed" and typed in something like fraudulent activity or unauthorized purchases then clicked the enter button

on the next page I entered my transaction information, which I got from the iTunes platform under my account/recent purchases or somethng like that

    proceed as screen says to

    GOOD LUCK!

What I don't understand is when I spoke to customer service, they told me that someone hacked my credit card and my iTunes account had nothing to do with it. I find it funny that talking to my neighbor, he said it happened to 5 people at his work too. All involving iTunes. My charge was for over 100 dollars on iTunes. Caused my account to be in the negative and incurred fees. But apple is saying that there wasn't a security breach. I'm sorry but I gave been googling this all day and I am finding more people that this has happened to and it all has to do with charged iTunes bills on credit cards and from bank accounts. Ok apple let's face the facts and take the blame. At least make this public so people can at least be on the alert to watch their bank accounts. I was checking my balance today, that's how I found all the bogus charges.

I also did it online (scroll up to BeagleBabe's post) and they sorted it within a couple of days.

I've been reading stories about it dating back over a year. You'd think they would have sorted it by now?

For me I was hacked through that Conquest game

I think it's ridiculous that Apples iTunes still doesn't have a number you can call to find out information about accounts so that you may speak to a human right off the bat about issues such as this.  I had "unauthorized purchases" so I couldn't make a new app purchase, but I didn't find out until I tried to make the new purchase. Shouldn't iTunes store notify account holders when unauthorized purchases are made? And how are these purchases being done? Apparently iTunes needs to step up its security. Not happy right with them right now, but what choices do I have since I own an iPhone & an iPad?

It just happened to me as well. Some unauthorized transactions - buy of -KingdomConquest- application and right after several in-app purchases (go to your account details in iTunes and check the Purchase History) I've already post the case on Support page so let's hope it would be solved and my money credited back to me right after Easter.

I also received two emails today for purchases that I did not make.  Both purchases were for $20.00 gift cards for someone named ASD.  Fortunately as far as I can tell my credit card had expired since I just received a new one this month and my bank does not reflect the charges.

However what is strange is that in the two store purchase notification emails they used credit card numbers that do not correspond to mine.  They also changed my billing address!

I only have a few apps on my iPhone and iPad and most are related to my profession, no games etc.  I have not received any phishing emails and never respond to that type of email anyway.  I run full time Norton Security that is set to auto-update, auto scan everything daily.  So unless they were able to sneak something by Norton then the only option for them gaining access to my account is via Apple.
